Lieve TG'ers,
Op maandag 2 mei organiseert TG een excursie naar de site van Shell in Pernis. Deze excursie is open voor alle leden van TG. Het programma van de excursie zal ongeveer als volgt zijn:
- 12:45 - Verzamelen bij de parkeerplaats van TNW (Van der Maasweg 9, Delft)
- 13:00 - Vertrek naar Shell
- 13:30 - Inloop
- 13:45 - Presentaties
- 15:00 - Site tour (per bus)
- 16:00 - Netwerk borrel in het bezoekerscentrum
- 17:00 - Vertrek terug naar Delft
Er zijn slechts 30 plekken beschikbaar, dus schrijf je snel in! De inschrijvingen gaan dicht op zondag 24 april, om 23:59.
Om veiligheidsredenen vereist Shell een geldig ID/paspoort zowel van te voren als on-site. Dus, als je je inschrijft, stuur dan gelijk een kopietje van je ID of paspoort naar Bestuur-TG@tudelft.nl.
Nog wat laatste details:
- Tijdens bedrijvenbezoeken verwachten we van iedereen dat ze zich TG-repre kleden. Dit betekent een pak, TG das of kettinkje en nette schoenen (geen naaldhakken). Als je geen TG das of kettinkje hebt, kan je langskomen bij ons kantoor (kamer C0.050) om deze aan te schaffen.
- Neem een geldig ID of paspoort mee, anders wordt je toegang tot de site geweigerd!
- De bus vertrekt om 13:00 van de parkeerplaats achter TNW. Dit betekent dat je daar om 12:45 verwacht wordt zodat we op tijd bij Shell aankomen.
- Tijdens deze excursie is roken en het bezit/onder invloed zijn van alcohol of drugs verboden.
Als je je ingeschreven hebt, maar je om welke reden dan ook niet aanwezig kan zijn, meldt je dan z.s.m. af bij Bestuur-TG@tudelft.nl. Op die manier kan je plek doorgegeven worden aan een andere persoon. Als je niet op komt dagen zonder af te melden of een geldige reden zal er een no-show fee verrekend worden van €5,-.

Dear members of TG,
On Monday, May 2nd, TG will host an excursion to the site of Shell in Pernis. This excursion is accessible to all members of TG. The program of the excursion is roughly as follows:
- 12:45 - gathering at TNW parking lot (Van der Maasweg 9, Delft)
- 13:00 - departure to Shell
- 13:30 - walk-in
- 13:45 - presentations
- 15:00 - site tour by bus
- 16:00 - network event in the visitors centre
- 17:00 - departure back to Delft
There are only 30 spots available, so make sure to sign up quickly! Registrations close on Sunday, April 24th at midnight.
For safety reasons, Shell requires BOTH SIDES of a valid ID/passport beforehand and on-site. So, upon registering, please immediately send a copy of your ID/passport to Bestuur-TG@tudelft.nl.
Lastly, some important details:
- When visiting companies we expect everyone to dress TG-representative. That means wearing a suit, TG tie or necklace, and proper footwear (no high heels). If you do not have a TG tie or necklace, you can come to our office (room C0.050) and purchase one.
- Bring your (valid) ID, otherwise you will not be allowed access to the site!
- The bus will depart at 13:00 from the parking lot behind TNW Applied Sciences. This means you are expected to be there at 12:45 in order to prevent any delay.
- During this tour, smoking and use or being under influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
NOTE: If you are registered, but cannot make it please let us know as soon as possible at Bestuur-TG@tudelft.nl. That way we can give your ticket to another person. Not showing up without a valid reason will result in a no-show fee of €5,-.
