Dear masters of TG,
On Wednesday, March 23rd, TG will host an excursion to the site of ExxonMobil in de “Hoek van Holland”. This excursion is exclusively for master students, so the level of expertise will be high. The program of the excursion is roughly as follows:
- 12:45 - gathering at TNW parking lot (Van der Maasweg 9, Delft)
- 13:00 - departure to ExxonMobil
- 13:30 - walk-in
- 13:45 - presentations
- 15:00 - site tour by bus
- 16:00 - network event in the visitors centre
- 17:00 - departure back to Delft
There are only 25 spots available, so make sure to sign up quickly! Registrations close on Friday, March 18th at noon.
Lastly, some important details:
- When visiting companies we expect everyone to be TG-representative. That means wearing a suit, TG tie or necklace, and proper footwear (no high heels). If you do not have a TG tie or necklace, you can come to our office (room C0.050) and purchase one.
- Bring your (valid) ID, otherwise you will not be allowed access to the site!
- The bus will depart at 13:00 from the parking lot behind TNW Applied Sciences. This means you are expected to be there at 12:45 in order to prevent any delay.
- During this tour, smoking and use or being under influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
NOTE: If you are registered, but cannot make it please let us know as soon as possible at Bestuur-TG@tudelft.nl. That way we can give your ticket to another person. Not showing up without a valid reason will result in a no-show fee of €5,-.
