On behalf of the 129th board of the Technologisch Gezelschap, I announce the general members meeting which will take place on:
5th of July 2023 in B2.100, Applied Sciences Building.
The general members meeting starts at 12:45 p.m. and finishes around 13:45 p.m. In order to come, you must subscribe on the website. Supplied documents such as the minutes dated to the previous general members meeting are available for inspection at the office.
The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

- Agenda
- Minutes dated 21st of June 2023
- Announcements 129th board
- Amendment of the articles of association, second voting attempt
- W.V.t.T.K. (Any other business)
- Questions before closure
- Closure
During the meeting, we will vote on the amendment of the articles of association (statuten). In the general members meeting of the 21st of June, we could not accept these documents because less than 75% of the members were at the assembly to vote. The voting is thus postponed to the 5th of July. At this general members meeting, we will proceed with voting, regardless of the amount of members that attend the assembly. If you are not able to come to the meeting, you can authorize someone else to vote at the residence (C0.050).
