On behalf of the 129th board of the Technologisch Gezelschap, I announce the general members meeting, which will take place on:
21 June 2023, Kronigzaal, Applied Sciences Building.
The general members meeting starts at 5 p.m. and finishes around 7 p.m. In order to come, you must subscribe on the website. Since the assembly is announced later than usual, you can also join online. If you wish to do so, please send an email to secretaris-tg@tudelft.nl Supplied documents such as the minutes dated to the previous general members meeting, the budgets and settlements are available for inspection at the office.
The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
During the meeting, we will vote on the amendment of the articles of association (statuten) and internal rules (huishoudelijk regelement). Feedback on the documents was gathered previously, the new draft versions of the documents are available at our office (C0.050). In order to accept the amendment, 75% of the members of Technologisch Gezelschap must vote at the General Members Meeting. If you cannot come, you can authorize another member to vote for you. In case we do not reach the 75%, voting will be postponed to a General Members Meeting that takes place on 5 July 2023 at 12:45. If the percentage is not reached then, we still proceed with voting. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
